SALAFI PUBLIC SCHOOL NADAPURAM is a different School working under KNM, established in June 2006 to impart quality education to children to equip them to face the challenges and requirements of today and days to come and also to develop desirable qualities in them by instilling in to them moral and spiritual values.

Annual Report-2017-2018

Report

I have great pleasure in presenting to you the Annual day report. This year has been a very eventful one for us .Apart from preparing the children to qualify the purely academic demands, special efforts are being made continuously to enable them to face the challenges of the competitive world. It is a matter of great importance to us that the students who pass out from our portals should carry forward the values they have inherited, excel in whatever they do and be role models in the society. As we share the yearly update of our activities they take the modesty to say that we did our best to do as we had planned and we are proud of our students and teachers, staff, management who strive hard to achieve beyond expectations.

Formation of cadets

At the beginning of this academic year we have formed student cadets. The students were selected from 5th to 7th class and assigned a special uniform. Several programmes are going on from their side. Cadets conducted a campaign to make a plastic free campus and planted some plants also.

Sahodaya Kalolsavam

Our students have participated in the CBSE kalolsavam held at Sirajul Huda, kuttiady and achieved good results.

VTS Exam

Most of the students attended the VTS exam and some students got selection in the final exam with A grade. We achieved a good result.

Celebration

We celebrated all special days like Environment day, independence day,Basheer day,Children’s day ,Gandhi Jayanthi, etc.We conducted quiz competitions on each and every special days. On Independence day a special program was performed by students cadets. On children’s day a science exhibition was conducted by the students from 5th to 7th standard. This gave the students an opportunity to show their talents .Dr.Fazlullah,Principle of Jamia Al Furqan inaugurated the exhibition.

Clubs

Many clubs are formed like Eco club, reading club, literary club etc. As a part of library club we have conducted a special program in every class to enrich the English communicative skill.

Field trip

We conducted a field trip. Students of 5th to 7th standard got an opportunity to visit Thanal and they donated food and money to them.
Vaccination As per the govt rule, we have conducted a vaccination awareness class to the parents. Most of the parents attended the meeting and we conducted vaccination programme by two days camp 70% of students have taken the MR Vaccine.

Sports

Salafi annual sports meet was conducted on 25/11/2017 at Purameri ground. It was inaugurated by Purameri Grama Panjayath President Mr.Achuthan.We feel proud that we could conduct the sports meet very well and it was a great success.

Staff Enrichment programme

Staying updated is the key to success in many field, especially in the field of education .Our teacher constantly strive to stay updated. We arranged some motivation classes to the teachers. Highly qualified teachers are the back bone of this institution.
The main highlight of Salafi is our kg department and Al Fithrah.Its our privilege to say that these two are very popular in this area. We are very proud to get to know that students from other institution also joined here.
Assembly is going on every Tuesday and Thursday by class wise. This helps the students to increase their confidence level by performing in the assembly.

Facilities

We have well equipped computer lab. Library,Maths lab, Science lab etc. We have planned to make an Eco friendly landscape and a swimming pool. We have planned to make the class room digitalized. Moreover, we will try to achieve the best academic result also. Before concluding this report, may I take this opportunity to express my deepest gratitude to management, students, staff both teaching and non-teaching staff, parents, benefactors and well-wishers for the whole hearted co-operation.
